KPM Motorsport can now supply complete fuel system options for every BA-FG Sedan, Ute and engine options.
With our full range of match flowed EV14 injectors coupled with our 460 lph or 600 lph in tank fuel modules, KPM have covered all your fuel system needs.

We offer a total solution by supplying our modules as a kit with all components a direct replacement fit, with plug in looms, and correct pressures for your application.
If you wish we can go a step further and supply the correct fuel injector for your vehicle, power level and fuel module.
We can even go a step further and supply you the SCT Flash Tuner with correct injector scaling so you can fit all your components yourself then drive your vehicle to have it tuned.

Bosch 1000/2000cc Injectors by KPM Motorsport

 The Bosch EV14 is the latest in gasoline-engine fuel injectors and are the optimal solution for fulfilling the requirements of the very wide range of intake-air and fuel systems on modern vehicles sold worldwide. This includes our latest Australian Ford and Holden models.

KPM Motorsport now source this new technology injector from Bosch, developing it to a level that can be used in all high power engine and power package applications.
 
We carry this out in our own facilities by the process of set matching flow characteristics to be within /- 1% tolerances.
All development and testing is done by KPM using specialised equipment and then confirmed in dynamic real life situations by careful logging and data retrieval.
 
By utilising a KPM high flow injector of the same original type as the vehicle manufacturer (Bosch EV14) allows you to maintain best manners, integrity and characteristics from your cars computer and engine tune.
What this means is a set of injectors above OEM specification, capable of delivering the exact fuel to more than handle your extra power demand.
 
Every set is tested and matched for flow, meaning exact fuel is delivered to every cylinder in your engine. The results allow you the most reliable tuning with best power, smooth idle and fuel economy from your high performance engines. 
 
The new EV 14 fuel injector not only sets new standards, but is also available in three different installation lengths.  34mm, 49mm and 61mm
 
This means we have been able to develop 1000cc and 2000cc exact matched sets for almost all Holden and Ford high performance applications.
 
KPM 1000cc sets are direct fit for all lengths.

FORD V8 5.4 Oil Separator and Breathing Kit

Reduce oil consumption and Detonation!

This is an essential component that can reduce or eliminate oil consumption & intake charge contamination through the intake system. If you've removed your intake plenum and noticed oil build-up, then you may need an Oil Breather Separator to absorb the oil and prevent its passage into the intake system.

Herrod Motorsport recommends the use of an Oil Breather Separator for all supercharged and high performance naturally aspirated applications. It is especially beneficial for vehicles used for track day events where vehicles run wide open throttle for extended periods of time.

The Twin CNC Machined Billet Aluminium Oil Breather Separators utilise an inline PCV valve and a new grommet for the right hand rocker cover & the left breather connects to the factory valve cover breather hose that feeds into the air inlet tube/throttle body assembly.

The billet component is assembled with a lower and upper housing, two screens and an oil vapour/mist filter media. The housing threads together utilising a rubber seal. This facilitates inspection of the filter media. The filter media is sandwiched between two mesh screens, which allow the oil vapour/mist to be absorbed and collected by the filter and then passed back through the lower screen.

KF30 KPM Engine Piping Kits

KPM are now stockists and dealers for Plazmaman Racing Components.

With the aftermarket performance upgrades generating greater power, Ford standard inlet hoses were unable to meet these increases in pressure.  Therefore, we introduced the Plazmaman kits on our top end performance upgrades.  KPM also searched for cheaper alternatives for lower range upgrades and found Plazmaman products to be of comparable quality and finish.  We have currently been using them on various vehicles with great results. 

Power increases using the Plazmaman Racing Components have been easily achieved by fitting a basic engine piping kit.  We have consistently been able to tune an extra 20 kilowatts by just replacing the engine piping alone.

Engine Piping Basit Kit Cost: $1200 (supplied, fittede, tune check and minor reset on dyno)

KPM Blueprint Injectors

KPM Motorsport have been high flowing and blue printing injectors now for 9 years on all makes and models.  We have been blue printing the Ford range injectors (Bosch EV6) since they were released, all with great results.

Our injectors are blueprinted to flow within 2% variation of each other and are fully tested for correct pattern, leak down and atomisation.
All injectors are then ultrasonically bathed and fully re-kitted before final testing and sale.

New injector variations are usually within 4% and we believe after our high flowing process, our 2% variation is more suited to the high performance engines which demand more exact fuelling.  Prices listed below :

Bosch EV6 injectors are the correct injectors for the Ford and Holden range of vehicles and give more precise fuelling due to the breakpoints being calibrated exactly by the factory computers. This means correct fuelling at all load points and rev ranges without the computer trying to fight the injector while in closed loop.

Customised tuning to these injectors becomes easier and less expensive due to precise tuning being achieved much quicker.

Larger EV6 injectors can be purchased on special order.
